We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Leader with 20+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, performance management, and digital finance transformation. This role is part of the Finance Leadership team and will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing key strategic decisions and driving long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Financial Leadership:
- Lead and direct end-to-end financial planning including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans across business units and geographies.
- Ensure alignment between financial strategy and organizational goals
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Act as a key advisor to CXOs and business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to support growth strategies, investments, and transformation programs.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
Performance Management & Insights:
- Oversee enterprise performance tracking for revenue, cost, margin, and profitability.
- Drive advanced analytics, variance analysis, and predictive insights to identify opportunities and risks.
Digital Transformation & Advanced Analytics:
- Lead adoption of advanced FP&A tools including AI/ML, predictive analytics, and automation platforms.
- Drive transformation initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision support capabilities.
Process Standardization & Optimization:
- Design and implement standardized FP&A processes across global operations.
- Drive simplification, automation, and efficiency in planning and reporting.
Leadership & Organization Development:
- Lead and mentor large multi-layered FP&A teams including managers and senior leaders.
- Drive talent strategy, capability building, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance, insight-driven finance organization.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with global stakeholders, board members, and external partners.
- Lead executive presentations including board reviews and investor discussions (if applicable).
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance across planning processes.
- Support audit and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Impact & Value Creation:
- Drive enterprise-level initiatives focused on profitability improvement, cost transformation, and capital allocation.
Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
Skill Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CA / MBA / CFA strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 20+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance leadership roles with strong exposure to large-scale operations and transformation programs.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and planning systems (Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC).
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at CXO level.
- Deep business and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to drive transformation and organizational change.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital finance transformation, automation (RPA, AI/ML), and advanced analytics.
