Job Summary

The Program/Service Delivery Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and end-to-end delivery oversight for multiple SAP and Non-SAP programs. The role ensures successful execution of business objectives, stakeholder alignment, financial management, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • 15–20+ years of overall IT/Digital Transformation experience.
  • 8+ years leading large, complex programs
  • Experience managing global delivery teams and client stakeholders 
    Exposure working in SAP ERP platform and Non-SAP handling large Program/Account

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects/workstreams as a unified program and ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Define program governance, operating model, reporting structures, and executive communication plans.
  • Manage client relationships, steering committees, and executive stakeholder engagements.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and delivery execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Operations.
  • Drive program planning, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
  • Oversee vendor, partner, and third-party engagements where applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives.
