Service Delivery Manager (DFS)

Job Summary

Is responsible for P&L of the engagement, ensuring all escalations are resolved as per agreed norms, provide reports & services as per SOW; and, implement various initiatives takenupfor Profit Improvement Plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. To anchor process improvement/compliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implementation)
2. To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met.
3. To guide, manage, develop, engage the team thereby ensuring employee retention
4. To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability
5. To ensure upskill/ creation of resources through internal academies/ trainings and growth rotation

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
