Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

Job Summary

Design and deploy agentic AI workflows on AI Force / GCP to automate DBOps and SecOps operations, including decision flows and reusable automation components.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop AI Force / GCP-based agent workflows for DBOps & SecOps. · Build agent logic, orchestration, and decision flows. · Create reusable automation components for incident, request, and change handling. · Integrate agents with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, monitoring tools). · Drive deployment, hardening, and rollout in production.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI). · Hands-on with GCP, AI Force, Python, and REST APIs. · Expertise in workflow orchestration and decision automation. · Knowledge of SecOps/DBOps operational processes. · Strong client-facing deployment and troubleshooting skills.

Other Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 10–15 years
