Job Summary

Role Summary: The IT Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure operations of an established GCC, while also contributing to the setup and transition phases of new GCC facilities.

 This includes overseeing in-house network setup, end-user services, security, vendor management and good understanding of cloud compute & storage. The role requires a blend of technical leadership, operational excellence, and project coordination to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities: GCC Setup Support Collaborate with Solution Architects and Program Managers during the GCC setup phase to support infrastructure planning and deployment. (Must Have) Assist in site readiness assessments, hardware/software procurement, and vendor onboarding. (Must Have) Participate in infrastructure testing, go-live support, andhandovero operations.
