Service Delivery Manager
Lima, Lima

Job Summary

•Senior-level delivery lead for the Data & Analytics team embedded at Anglo American Peru
•Responsible for team coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder reporting
•Single point of contact between HCLTech and Anglo American for the data workstream

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT)
•Oversee SAP data extraction, transformation and loading into reporting layers
•Ensure data quality, lineage and governance standards are maintained
•Review and approve technical specifications and code produced by the team
•Drive adoption of best practices across data engineering and reporting

Skill Requirements

•SAP data extraction (SAP BW, DataSphere, or equivalent)
•Python / SQL / PySpark for data transformation
•Power BI / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting
•Agile / Scrum project delivery
•Fluent Spanish & English – stakeholder communication
