Job Summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Application Development and Managed Services engagements. The role involves managing large delivery teams, driving project execution, ensuring operational excellence, meeting SLA commitments, and building strong client relationships across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end application delivery lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.Lead large cross-functional teams across Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Integration, and Support.Drive Agile delivery, release management, CI/CD, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Own application support operations, incident management, problem management, and SLA governance.Manage client stakeholders, delivery commitments, budgets, risks, and resource planning.Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, cloud adoption, and AI-driven improvements.

Skill Requirements

12-15+ years of IT experience with Application Development and Managed Services leadership.Strong experience managing teams of 50+ members.Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, ITIL, Release Management, and Production Support.Experience delivering enterprise applications across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.Strong stakeholder management, commercial governance, and client-facing experience.ITIL certification preferred; Agile, Cloud, PMP, or Architecture certifications are advantageous.

Ideal Candidate: Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager with experience in Application Development, AMS, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Enterprise Application Support.
