Job Summary

To effectively manage multiple teams handling multiple EE/EN/NN accounts and plan/implement strategies to drive growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. To effectively drive multiple teams in delivering EE/EN/NN accounts as per SOW commitments and oversee all facets of delivery ensuring high operational & delivery excellence standards are met across all accounts.
2. To strategize and execute operations towards organizational objectives and support achievement of desired goals and objectives at the NORAM level.
3. To oversee overall P&L and execute strategies to improve account margins & enhance growth of new business.
4. To oversee governance of all risks, issues, BCP/DR strategies and mitigation plans.
5. To lead| guide| manage| develop| engage and retain the team.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
