Job Summary

To provide strategic advice to the business and the supporting partners in defining the framework and implementing deployment solutions for the service line.

Key Responsibilities

1. To Build Service Delivery And Compliance Framework In Line With Business Requirements And Regulatory Norms
2. To Customize And Implement Solutions In Consultation With Business.
3. To Ensure High Competency In Team And Guide Team For Development And Growth
4. To Improve The Operational Systems, Processes And Policies In Support Of Organizations Mission Support Better Management Reporting, Business Processes, Information Flow, Budgeting Etc.
5. To Track Industry Specific Trends, Developments And Bring Out Higher Alignment Of Organizational Processes With Industry And Regulatory Norms
