SharePoint Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in SharePoint framework and SharePoint is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to SharePoint implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of sharepoint solutions.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance on sharepoint framework to ensure project success.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sharepoint framework and sharepoint to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sharepoint framework including sharepoint online and sharepoint server.
2. Strong experience in developing custom sharepoint solutions using sharepoint framework (spfx) and sharepoint designer.
3. In-depth understanding of sharepoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and debug sharepoint applications for optimal performance.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
6. Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.
7. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred.
