Job Summary

This role drives the design and delivery of high-impact, client-focused technology solutions within the sales support domain. The position provides strategic technical direction, aligning solution architecture with business objectives to enable successful sales pursuits, enhance competitive differentiation, and ensure scalable, robust offerings for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead enterprise solution design by integrating cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and CRM technologies (such as Salesforce) to create tailored architectures that address complex client requirements in sales support engagements.
2. Define architectural standards and best practices for implementing sales support solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategy and compliance requirements.
3. Evaluate and select appropriate application frameworks and middleware, leveraging expertise in microservices and APIs to enable scalable and interoperable sales support platforms.
4. Guide technical pre-sales activities by developing solution blueprints, technical proposals, and presentations using domain knowledge and relevant tools to support bid responses and client workshops.
5. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain experts to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and mitigate risks for proposed architectures in high-value opportunities.
6. Provide strategic leadership in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the sales support architecture function, influencing technology roadmaps and investment decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
