Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced UCC Lead Architect / Solution Consultant responsible for driving enterprise communication and collaboration strategy, architecture, governance, transformation, and operational excellence across Collaboration Platforms, Voice & Network Services, Meeting Room Solutions, and Telecom Expense Management (TEM). The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, solution design expertise, and the ability to lead large-scale digital workplace and unified communications transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Architecture
- Define and drive the enterprise UCC roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient Unified Communication & Collaboration solutions.
- Lead modernization initiatives for collaboration, conferencing, voice, network, and workplace technologies.
- Establish governance, standards, operational frameworks, and best practices.
Collaboration Platforms
- Lead architecture and administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva Suite, OneDrive, and related collaboration platforms.
- Drive adoption, user experience enhancement, and digital workplace initiatives.
- Define collaboration security, compliance, retention, and governance policies.
Network Advance Services
- Architect and optimize network infrastructure supporting voice, video, and collaboration services.
- Lead initiatives involving SIP, VoIP, SBC, QoS, SD-WAN, WAN optimization, and UC network readiness.
- Ensure network performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Meeting Room Solutions
- Lead global deployment and support strategy for Teams Rooms, WebEx Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Telepresence, and AV collaboration technologies.
- Define conference room standards, lifecycle management, and workplace innovation roadmaps.
- Drive smart workplace and meeting room transformation initiatives.
TEM (Telecom Expense Management)
- Lead Telecom Expense Management (TEM/Calero) governance and optimization programs.
- Drive telecom cost optimization, inventory governance, billing validation, contract management, and audit compliance.
- Develop executive reporting and analytics for telecom spend management.
Leadership & Service Excellence
- Provide technical leadership for critical escalations and complex solution design.
- Engage with customers, business leaders, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead service improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and delivery teams.
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
- Relevant industry certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Collaboration Technologies, ITIL, Cloud, or Networking are preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Networking, Meeting Room Technologies, or Telecom Operations.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, solution architecture, consulting, or service delivery functions.
- Proven experience managing global stakeholders, strategic initiatives, governance programs, and modernization projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will act as a UCC Service Owner / Lead Architect, capable of defining strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, driving transformation, managing large-scale deployments, and ensuring operational excellence across the complete Unified Communication & Collaboration ecosystem.
