Job Summary

To define solution architecture based on business requirements and established standards in line with the defined future state enterprise IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create OT Security Offerings as per latest trends
  • Should be able to work on OT Security solutions, SoW, High level planning, customer presentations, Kick-off calls, Vendor/OEM discussions, solution defense, and OT Security solution implementation
  • Risk Management for OT Security
  • Perform TableTop Exercise(TTX)
  • Responsible for leading the detection, analysis, and response to complex security incidents in OT
  • Perform in-depth analysis of security alerts and logs common in ICS/SCADA systems to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs).
  • Stay current on NERC-CIP standards (specifically 2/3), NIST CSF, Purdue Model for Industrial Control Systems, ISO 27001 frameworks, and other relevant OT security regulations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in compliance standards, particularly with NIST/Purdue/OSINT/benchmarks, to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Should be able to travel

Skill Requirements

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing security controls in OT Security as per Purdue model.
  • Security Assessment and Security best Practices
  • OT firewall, Fortinet, Color token, Microsegmentation, SRA
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals such as networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and security architecture principles.
  • Strong knowledge of OT Protocols such as DNP3, Modbus, IEC 104, OPC UA, including packet analysis and understanding protocol vulnerabilities.
  • Asset Management using OT tools
  • Working knowledge(hands-on) Nozomi/Claroty/Defender for IoT/Armis/Dragos
  • OT Vulnerability Management Detection and reporting
  • Secure Remote access for OT Environment
  • OT Threat Detection
  • OT SOC
  • Performed FAT and SAT for OT Security
  • Worked in Automotive/Pharma/Power Sectors for OT Security

Other Requirements

Qualification

  • Should have B. Tech / MCA degree/ Or equivalent degree.
  • Over 15-20+ years of OT Cyber Security experience.
  • Should have leading cybersecurity certifications.
  • IEC 62443 expert certification
Maximum Salary (US):  141,000
Minimum Salary (US):  101,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
