Job Summary

The Product Manager – Sovereign Cloud Services is responsible for end-to-end product ownership of sovereign cloud offerings. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, vendor alignment, RFP support, and lifecycle management to ensure market-relevant, compliant, and differentiated sovereign cloud products addressing data, technology, and operations sovereignty.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for sovereign cloud services
  • Define target segments, use cases, and value propositions aligned to regulatory needs
  • Maintain prioritized product backlog covering features, integrations, and enhancements

Product Definition & Lifecycle

  • Define product scope, capabilities, and service boundaries
  • Own product lifecycle including launch, enhancement, and retirement
  • Translate regulatory and customer needs into product requirements

Vendor & Partner Product Alignment

  • Work with vendors, OEMs, hyperscalers, and ISVs to identify sovereign-ready products
  • Evaluate vendor offerings against sovereignty, compliance, and roadmap fit
  • Define product integration strategy across platforms, security, automation, and operations

RFP, Presales & Deal Support

  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and strategic pursuits with product inputs and validation
  • Work with Presales, BDMs, BAG, and Solution Architects to position products correctly
  • Ensure deal commitments align with current or roadmap-approved product capabilities

Managed Services Catalogue & Packaging

  • Define and maintain sovereign cloud services catalogue as a product portfolio
  • Package offerings into standard, advanced, regulated, and fully sovereign tiers
  • Define product-level SLAs, KPIs, pricing models, and service assumptions

Compliance, Security & Sovereignty

  • Ensure products meet data, technology, and operations sovereignty requirements
  • Work with Cybersecurity, GRC, Legal, and Architecture teams on compliance-by-design
  • Define product-level compliance artefacts and audit readiness expectations

Go-to-Market & Enablement

  • Create product decks, service brochures, battlecards, and analyst content
  • Enable sales and delivery teams with product documentation and training
  • Support launch and adoption of new sovereign cloud products

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong product management experience in cloud, platform, or managed services
  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
  • Experience working with multiple technology vendors and partners
  • Strong understanding of sovereign cloud and regulated environments
  • Experience supporting RFPs and large enterprise deals
