Solution Architect II

Job Summary

To serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the sales team during bid defenses and customer meetings to promote and sell innovative solutions and propositions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To Provide Market Experts Views To Vertical Sales Teams In Providing High-Level Domain Or Technical Solutions And Strategic Advice.
2. To Design, Develop, And Maintain Solutions, Including Technical Architecture And Implementation Plans.
3. To Lead Bid Defense Meetings And Strategic Client Engagements.
4. To Oversee Solution Deployment And Resolution Of Major Escalations To Support Delivery Team.
5. To Conduct In-Depth Strategic Analysis And Competitive Intelligence.
6. To Interface With Internal Teams By Providing Strategic Guidance And Support For Solution Architecture.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
