Job Summary

Job Responsibilities : • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.\\r\\n• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder\\r\\ncommunications.\\r\\n• Coordinate activities among Scholastic business teams, technology teams, vendors, and third\\r\\nparties.\\r\\n• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against approved timelines and objectives.\\r\\n• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).\\r\\n• Track project deliverables and ensure accountability across stakeholders.\\r\\n• Manage project reporting, executive dashboards, and weekly/monthly status updates.\\r\\n• Support change requests and scope management activities.\\r\\n• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and transition planning\\r\\nactivities.\\r\\n• Escalate project risks and issues as required and drive remediation plans.\\r\\n• Support budget tracking, resource planning, and project documentation.\\r\\n• Ensure project governance and adherence to agreed project management methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
