Job Summary
AI Adoption Managers own behavior change and sustained usage—the last mile between platform access and durable workflow transformation. This role designs and runs repeatable adoption programs that drive activation, role-based enablement, champion networks, and measurable productivity gains.
This role is not delivery management and does not own renewals; it owns the adoption engine that makes value stick.
Key Responsibilities
1. Adoption Strategy & Rollout Programs
• Build and execute structured adoption plans (30/60/90 and beyond)
• Define target personas, usage goals, and workflow adoption pathways
• Translate customer objectives into role-based enablement sequences
2. Enablement & Learning Experiences
• Deliver high-impact trainings, workshops, and hands-on labs
• Build enablement toolkits: onboarding guides, prompt patterns, agent usage playbooks
• Support executive briefings and leadership alignment for adoption
3. Champion Networks & Community Building
• Build and sustain champions networks and communities of practice
• Establish feedback loops and peer-led adoption motions
• Create mechanisms for continuous learning and emerging use case capture
4. Adoption Measurement & Optimization
• Define and track adoption metrics: activation, engagement, retention, depth of usage
• Diagnose adoption friction (resistance, skill gaps, workflow misfit) and intervene
• Partner with AI Success Engineers to link adoption metrics to value outcomes
