Job Summary

As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and architecting data solutions that align with our business goals and technical requirements. Your expertise in Databricks and Azure technologies will be instrumental in driving data initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across projects. Key Responsibilities

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the data solutions stream within the program, ensuring timely and quality delivery of data components.

- Oversee the development and execution of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end data solution integration.

- Create and maintain essential project documentation, including solution design, interface contracts, data model design, and technical documents.

- Provide guidance and technical advice to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine requirements, identify risks, and address technical challenges.

Skill Requirements

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience in Cloud Engineering, specifically with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and UnityCatalog, GCP, AWS, DATA Modeling, Data Architecture, GCP Data Architecture.

- Proficiency in Python, Spark, and PySpark programming.

In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, data integration, and business intelligence tools.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving data initiatives in large-scale projects.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
