Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end functional design within the Informa Link program, which is focused on Workday implementation.

This is a hybrid role combining elements of Architecture, Business Analysis, and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the E2E functional design across the program.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from Cloudrock, Informa, and HCL.
• Drive process, information, and data design aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Ensure delivery assurance across integration and compliance programs.
• Maintain discipline and clarity around requirements management.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with AWS and AWS services.
• Understanding of SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise applications.
• Proven track record in integration programs involving Workday, middleware stacks, and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience integrating with platforms such as Kyriba and Pagero.

Program Involvement

This role spans two key programs:

1. Workday Integration Program – approx. 50% bandwidth.
2. Compliance Programs:

• E-invoicing for France, Middle East, and UAE.
• ISO2022 regulation – standardisation of addresses for International SWIFT payments.

Key Responsibilities

1. To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
2. Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
3. To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
4. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
5. To manage Non Functional Requirement adaption for the solution
6. To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base
