Palantir Practice Director (Data & AI Practice)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Practice Director with a strong focus on business development and strategic growth in the Data & AI domain, leveraging Palantir Foundry solutions. This role combines leadership in client engagement, solution innovation, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will excel at building executive relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving large-scale digital transformation programs. You will lead go-to-market strategies, oversee delivery excellence, and position our organization as a trusted advisor in data-driven decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Leadership: Define and execute strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our Data & AI practice.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, identify new opportunities, and lead strategic account planning.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop offerings, accelerators, and value propositions for Palantir Foundry and complementary technologies.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Partner with sales teams to craft proposals, lead RFP responses, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Delivery Governance: Ensure successful execution of engagements, balancing growth objectives with quality and compliance.

Team Enablement: Mentor consultants and architects on business development best practices and solution positioning.

Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in industry events, publish insights, and evangelize innovative data solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience:

7 years in consulting or technology services, with at least 5+ years in business development or practice leadership roles.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L for a portfolio or practice.

Strong understanding of Palantir Foundry, data engineering, and cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure).

Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in shaping large transformation deals and managing strategic accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
