Job Summary

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Testing to lead business process validation initiatives.  The role involves managing end-to-end S/4 testing programs, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery across SAP business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA testing projects including business process validation, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, test schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors.
Oversee test strategy, test planning, defect management, and test execution activities.
Ensure alignment with quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
Track project progress, manage dependencies, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Identify risks and issues proactively and drive timely resolution.
Manage scope, timelines, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
Support change management, release readiness, and go-live activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Project Management experience with large-scale SAP programs.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Testing and Business Process Validation.
Expertise in managing SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing cycles.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes (Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with global and remote teams.
Secondary / Preferred Skills:
Experience in media and entertainment industry projects.
Knowledge of SAP testing tools such as Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
