Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Lead Architect to drive enterprise-scale PLM transformation programs and provide technical and functional leadership across Siemens Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and digital engineering initiatives.
The role will serve as the highest-level Teamcenter SME, responsible for defining PLM strategy, solution architecture, governance, technology roadmaps, and delivery excellence across multiple programs and accounts. The candidate will work closely with business executives, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to establish scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define enterprise PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with Digital Engineering and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Lead architecture governance for Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and cloud transformations.
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures considering business, application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure requirements.
- Establish architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
Teamcenter Solution Leadership
- Architect complex solutions across:
- Product Data Management (PDM)
- Product Structure Management
- BOM Management
- Change & Configuration Management

- Supplier Collaboration
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance forums.
Integration & Digital Thread Architecture
- Define enterprise integration architecture between Teamcenter and:
- SAP ECC / S4HANA
- MES/MOM Platforms
- ERP Systems
- CAD Applications (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks)
- ALM Systems
- Quality Systems
- Data Lake and Analytics Platforms
- Design Digital Thread and Digital Twin enablement strategies.
Migration & Transformation Leadership
- Lead PLM modernization and migration programs.
- Define migration strategies for legacy PLM/PDM systems.
- Guide data governance, data quality, and master data management initiatives.
- Establish cutover and deployment strategies.
Technical Leadership
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Development Teams.
- Review customization approaches and ensure alignment with Siemens best practices.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead solution estimation and technical risk assessments.
Customer & Executive Engagement
- Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct architecture workshops and steering committee reviews.
- Define transformation roadmaps and business value realization plans.
- Support strategic discussions and executive presentations.
Presales & Practice Development
- Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and large transformation opportunities.
- Provide effort estimation, architecture recommendations, and implementation approaches.
- Build organizational PLM capabilities, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
- Support competency development and talent mentoring.

- Proven experience managing large, distributed delivery teams.
