Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Design •    Partner with client functional SMEs and business stakeholders to understand procurement and materials management business processes and requirements.  •    Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis for Source to Settle processes.  •    Design SAP MM solutions aligned to business requirements, SAP best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.  •    Enterprise Roadmap & Stabilization: Assume ownership of the global transition blueprint aligning disparate workstreams to ensure a seamless cutover from legacy ECC MM to S/4HANA. •    PLM to ERP Engineering: Validate and refine real-time integration loops with enterprise PLM platforms, Siemens Teamcenter, to seamlessly synchronize Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and material master data into S/4HANA MM. •    Shop Floor & MES Syncing: Drive the delivery of high-velocity, low-latency integration architectures linking S/4HANA MM/PP with Shop Floor MES platforms, Mendix and Kinaxsis, for real-time inventory consumption, serial number tracking, and WIP visibility. •    Master Data & Governance Recovery: Audit and direct the architectural strategy for converting legacy ECC vendor and customer records into the unified S/4HANA Business Partner (BP) model, enforcing strict data governance across all PLM, ERP, and MES touchpoints. Configure SAP MM functionalities including:  •    Procurement •    Purchase Requisitions •    Purchase Orders •    Inventory Management •    Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt •    Vendor Master Management •    Valuation and Account Determination •    Release Strategies •    Service Procurement Support integration design across SAP modules including:  •    SAP S/4HANA •    SAP Ariba •    SAP SD •    SAP FI/CO •    SAP WM/EWM •    SAP PP Support integration design across other applications including: •    PLM – TeamCenter •    MES – OpsCenter / Mendix Other activities include: •    Translate business requirements into configurable and customizable SAP solutions.  •    Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.  •    Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration teams, and technical architects during solution development.  •     Support data migration, testing strategy, defect resolution, and deployment activities.  •    Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and hypercare support.  •    Develop process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.  •    Provide advisory support on SAP best practices, process optimization, and digital procurement transformation initiatives.  •    Participate in pre-sales support, solution demonstrations, and proposal development activities when required. 3. Required Skills Functional Expertise •    Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation. •    Deep understanding of Source to Settle / Procure to Pay (P2P) business processes. •    Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement capabilities. •    Knowledge of inventory management and materials valuation processes. •    Experience with release strategies, pricing procedures, and account determination. •    Understanding of procurement analytics and reporting. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
