Job Summary

Description:    The successful candidate will have at least 12 years’ experience in the SAP Billing for Utilities. The ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding and skills in configuration is essential. You will have participated in at least 3 successful end to end SAP implementations. Responsibilities:     Hands-on experience with SAP Utility billing processes.     Perform SAP ISU Billing Rates Configuration     Author Functional Specifications for Billing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows     Perform Functional Unit Testing of Billing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows     Support preparation of SAP ISU Billing Training Material     Prepare Business Process Procedures to support ISU Billing processes     Identify and document ISU Billing cutover and dress rehearsal cutover tasks     Perform ISU Billing cutover and dress rehearsal cutover tasks in support of go-live     Prepare Test Scenarios and test Cases to support ISU Billing testing in String/Scenario Testing, multiple Integration Testing Cycles, Performance Testing, Parallel Bill Testing, and User Acceptance Testing     Support ISU Billing testing in String/Scenario Testing, multiple Integration Testing Cycles, Performance Testing, Parallel Bill Testing, and User Acceptance Testing     Conduct knowledge transfer for ISU Billing to Back End Support team     Support ISU Workstream Lead by providing status of all tasks, activities, and milestones     Host Build Phase meetings to resolve open issues, defects, etc.     Prepare material for and participate in Integrated Business Process (IBP) sessions     Resolve ISU Billing Defects identified during Testing     Update Design Phase documentation as required     Identify and create Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions     Has in-depth hands on configuration experience with SAP ISU Billing – Rates Configuration.     Ability to understand business utility billing requirements and produce a rates structure design following established naming conventions and protocols.       Ability to perform SAP ISU Rates configuration with minimal guidance.     Knowledge and understanding of EDM and billing using interval data.  * Bonus if they actually understand and have hands-on experience with configuring TOU rates.     Ability to understand business utility billing requirements and produce business process documents.     Knowledge of Complex Billing Process     Knowledge of Billing Processes -     Budget Billing,      Cancel/Rebill     Collective Billing     Unbilled Revenue     BPEM     Knowledge of Net Metering     Ability to clearly communicate (written and oral) Desirable Experience:     AMI integration for billing with external MDM Competencies:     Able to translate business goals into a set of requirements which can be supported by an appropriate standard or bespoke solution     Able to complete complex implementations in a specific area where requirements are potentially unclear and inconsistent     Can tailor and apply previous experience to client needs recognizing recurring issues     Build relationships with client leads based on mutual respect and commitment     Identifies issues and risks with their area of responsibility and takes responsibility for their resolution     Able to give and receive feedback / coaching on performance from other members of the team posi

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
