Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Robotics & AI Solution Architect to lead our Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and AI Practice while driving strategic solutioning and delivery engagements for global clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, client-facing consulting skills, architecture leadership, and delivery experience across robotics platforms, perception systems, digital twins, AI/ML, and autonomous operations.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in robotics architecture, 3D vision, perception, NVIDIA ecosystem technologies, deployment of autonomous solutions, and scaling robotics programs from proof-of-concept to production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Robotics & AI practice strategy, roadmap, and capability development.
  • Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and solution blueprints.
  • Drive innovation initiatives leveraging AI, Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, Computer Vision, and Physical AI technologies.
  • Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams consisting of Robotics Engineers, AI Developers, Perception Engineers, and Solution Architects.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends to strengthen organizational capabilities.
