Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture
Lead end-to-end technical design across D365 Project Operations and Field Service
Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures
Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and industry standards
Technical Delivery
Drive development using Dataverse, plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations
Oversee customization and configuration for:
Resource scheduling & dispatch optimization
Project planning, costing, and billing
Ensure code quality, version control, and DevOps best practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration & Data Management
    • Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using:
      • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
      • APIs and middleware platforms
    • Oversee data migration and synchronization strategies
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor developers and technical consultants
    • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and performance tuning
    • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders
  • Governance & Quality
    • Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
    • Ensure adherence to ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
    • Manage technical risks and issue resolution
  • Client Engagement
    • Act as technical SPOC for customers
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Support pre-sales, estimations, and solutioning as needed
