Job Summary

To lead and drive the Technology Solutions team for Lob\vertical , provide strategic direction, for development, and delivery of solutions to meet the needs of clients or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. To establish and run the technology solutions organization to provide EN/NN growth to the designated accounts. The typical split at this juncture is 70/30
2. To strategize skill development for Line of Business (LoB) /Technology Solutions, including creating and planning technology expertise towers, identifying necessary skills, assessing current skills against these towers, identifying skill gaps, and executing an agreed-upon skill development plan.
3. To establish thought or market leadership through the identification and implementation of technology/domain practices, while developing and executing strategic visions and roadmaps for solution development, aligned with organizational objectives, market trends, and customer requirements.
4. To provide leadership and direction to solution development teams, including solution architects, engineers, analysts, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5. To set-up and run Re-use practice across the LoB (Define and set-up the practice| evangelize| implement and do periodic ROI assessment).

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
