Job Summary

Analog Architect / SME

Power Management SME – High-Voltage/High-Current Driver Design

  • Deep expertise in high-voltage/high-current driver ICs, including high-side, low-side, half-bridge, gate-driver, solenoid, motor, and inductive-load applications.
  • Proven transistor-level design experience with level shifters, charge pumps, current sensing, slew-rate control, clamps, protection, and diagnostic circuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of BCD/high-voltage processes, safe operating area, high-dV/dt and high-dI/dt behavior, EMI/EMC, thermal limits, and reliability.
  • Ability to guide architecture, analog design, verification, layout, package, test, and post-silicon teams through design and production closure.

Skill Requirements

  • Expected to lead requirement decomposition, design reviews, robustness analysis, failure debug, technical risk mitigation, and team mentoring.
