Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance portfolio, with primary focus on Guidewire-based platforms (Policy, Claims). Drive business outcomes through strong delivery governance, deep insurance domain expertise, and modern engineering practices. Own P&L performance, ensure customer-centric execution, and embed an AI-first, automation-driven mindset across delivery and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•    Own delivery, execution governance, and P&L accountability for P&C Insurance programs.
•    Lead large-scale Guidewire implementation, enhancement, and modernization initiatives.
•    Partner with business stakeholders to translate insurance product requirements into scalable technology solutions.
•    Provide technical leadership across Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter), Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
•    Drive AI-led transformation across underwriting, claims automation, fraud detection, and customer servicing.
•    Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence across Agile teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore models.
•    Oversee solution design, architecture alignment, risk management, and production stability.
•    Champion engineering best practices including DevSecOps, automation, and cloud-native adoption.

Skill Requirements

•    15+ years of technology delivery experience, including leadership in P&C Insurance domain.
•    Strong hands-on or program-level expertise in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter).
•    Proven experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs.
•    Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture.
•    Experience managing P&L, client relationships, and executive stakeholder engagement.
•    Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML, automation, and data-driven capabilities in insurance workflows.
