Delivery Head

Key Responsibilities

• Insightful experience in program / delivery management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, risk management, finalization of technical / functional specifications, resource administration and quality management of the product customization and custom software application.
• A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated success in end-to-end project management and ensuring effective management of various resources to meet project specifications.
• Solution understanding for Application modernization RFP – Legacy modernization, Application Portfolio Optimization and Modernization of EOL applications
• Strong Project Management skills along with coordination with the ability to manage expectations from multiple parties
• Ability to liaison with client’s business stakeholders and translate their business pain points to technical aspects of the IT portfolio
• Ability to liaison with client’s technical stakeholders and understand technical aspects of IT portfolio
• Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity of cross functional dependencies
• Should have good understanding of IT Portfolio Rationalization, IT Strategy, Digital & Cloud
• Should have on ground experience in Application Modernization, Decommissioning and Cloud Migration exercises
• Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Relates with the overall project context and has ability to suggest options/recommends to customer as against seeking approval
• Identify need for initial or supplemental resources to meet functional requirements.

Identify, review, and select vendors and product platforms from domain perspective.
