Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to build and drive the Hybrid Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE). This role owns the development of differentiated offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets/IP that strengthen our hybrid cloud, IT resiliency, and IT transformation portfolio. The CoE Leader partners with sales, delivery, and technology alliances to shape go-to-market propositions, enable pursuit teams, and establish the CoE as the engine of innovation and thought leadership for hybrid cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering Development: Define, build, and launch differentiated hybrid cloud offerings spanning advisory, migration, modernization, resiliency, and managed services; own the offering roadmap, business case, and pricing constructs; refresh offerings in line with market and analyst trends.
  • Accelerators: Conceptualize and industrialize accelerators, reference architectures, automation frameworks, and tooling that reduce delivery effort, cost, and risk; drive measurable adoption across engagements.
  • Asset & IP Development: Establish the asset/IP lifecycle — ideation, build, hardening, and commercialization; protect and monetize IP; create reusable solution blueprints, playbooks, and estimation models for pursuit and delivery teams.
  • CoE Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects and SMEs; define CoE strategy, KPIs, and operating model; support large deal pursuits with solutioning, PoCs, and client workshops; represent the practice with analysts, partners (hyperscalers, OEMs), and at industry forums.

Skill Requirements

  • IT Resiliency: Deep expertise in resiliency architecture, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, business continuity, and site reliability practices across hybrid environments.
  • Hybrid Cloud: Strong command of hybrid/multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, OpenShift), cloud migration and modernization patterns, FinOps, and cloud operations.
  • IT Transformation: Proven track record leading large-scale IT transformation programs — data center exit, infrastructure modernization, platform engineering, and operating model change.
  • 15+ years in IT services/consulting with 5+ years leading a practice, CoE, or offering function; strong commercial acumen with experience shaping large deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and thought-leadership skills; relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure architect-level) preferred.
