Job Summary

To lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic leadership for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions aligned with organizational goals.
2. Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and partners to identify opportunities for value creation and competitive advantage.
3. Establish governance frameworks, risk management practices, and quality assurance for all solution initiatives.
4. Define and execute the solutions roadmap, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
5. Build and mentor high-performing solution teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
6. Oversee large-scale solution architecture, integrating emerging technologies to drive business transformation.
7. Manage multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and mitigating operational risks.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
