Job Summary
The Solution Head– GenAI & Automation at HCLTech owns enterprise GenAI solution strategy, stakeholder engagement, and architecture governance.
The role drives CXO‑led transformation, ensuring GenAI and Automation solutions deliver business value, scalability, security, and Responsible AI compliance across clients and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Solution Ownership
- Own GenAI & Automation solution strategy, reference architectures, and roadmaps aligned to HCLTech offerings.
- Act as solution authority for large deals, strategic pursuits, and transformation programs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Lead CXO / senior client stakeholder engagement to shape GenAI vision, use‑case prioritization, and value realization.
- Partner with HCLTech internal stakeholders (Business Heads, Delivery, Engineering, Platforms, Security, Risk, Legal, Finance) to align execution and outcomes.
- Engage with ecosystem partners (e.g., Microsoft, hyperscalers, product vendors) for joint solutioning and co‑innovation.
- Serve as the primary escalation and decision point for complex architectural, risk, or delivery challenges.
Architecture Governance
- Govern enterprise GenAI architectures including copilots, agentic workflows, RAG systems, and intelligent automation.
- Ensure adherence to HCLTech security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance standards.
- Drive solution standardization, reuse, and accelerators across accounts.
Capability & Leadership
- Mentor and guide Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and delivery leaders.
- Strengthen GenAI and Automation capability maturity across HCLTech.
Skill Requirements
- Proven leadership in enterprise GenAI and Automation solutioning within IT services.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI & LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI preferred).
- Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, agentic systems, and orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI‑led automation and RPA platforms.
- Strong CXO stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision‑making.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), security, and AI governance.
