Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Leader  to lead large-scale Data, AI/GenAI, and Enterprise Modernization programs within the Insurance domain (Life, Annuities, Underwriting, Policy Administration).

This role will drive end-to-end delivery under a Global EMS (Enterprise Modernization Services) construct, ensuring transformation of legacy insurance platforms into cloud-native, data-driven, AI-enabled ecosystems, while engaging with C-level stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Enterprise Modernization Services (EMS) programs for global insurance clients, driving transformation of legacy platforms to cloud-native ecosystems
Own large-scale program delivery across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and financial targets
Engage directly with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Chief Underwriting Officer, CDO) to shape and execute transformation strategies
Drive modernization of Insurance platforms (Policy Admin, Underwriting, Claims) with strong focus on process optimization and digital enablement
Lead data transformation initiatives including Data Products, Data Modernization, Migration, Data Governance, and Data Quality frameworks
Enable enterprise adoption of AI/GenAI solutions (RAG, document intelligence, underwriting automation, claims AI)
Provide strategic oversight on cloud adoption (AWS/Azure/GCP/MS Fabric) and modern architectures (lakehouse, microservices, API-led integrations)
Establish and govern delivery frameworks, KPIs, and execution cadence under Global Delivery Model (onshore/offshore/pod-based delivery)
Manage multi-vendor ecosystem and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination across business, data, and technology streams
Identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with insurance regulatory and data privacy standards
Drive Agile delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency across programs
Mentor and lead senior delivery managers, architects, and engineering teams, scaling capability for large transformation programs

Skill Requirements

15+ years of experience in delivery leadership, consulting, or digital transformation
Strong experience in Insurance domain modernization programs
Proven leadership in multi-million dollar global transformation programs
Ability to bridge business, data, and technology strategy

Other Requirements

Experience in Global EMS / Managed Services model delivery
Exposure to Underwriting platforms, Rules engines, and Insurance workflows
Familiarity with platforms like Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco or similar
Experience with AI-led transformation in Insurance (Underwriting AI, Claims automation, Document AI)

Maximum Salary (US):  263,000
Minimum Salary (US):  116,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
