Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a strategic World Bank program. The role requires strong experience in managing onsite–offshore delivery models, high-governance environments, and working with senior client stakeholders. The incumbent will be accountable for delivery outcomes, service quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all delivery-related engagement with the client
  • Manage and build relationships with senior stakeholders and program leadership
  • Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle including planning, execution, and transition
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, and contractual commitments
  • Lead delivery across onsite–offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
  • Drive governance cadence including Monthly reviews and QBR
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation handling proactively
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, audit, and security requirements
  • Own financials including revenue, margin, forecasting, billing, and PO tracking
  • Drive resource fulfillment, onboarding, and utilization optimization
  • Monitor delivery health (incidents, escalations, SLAs) and ensure consistent reporting cadence

Skill Requirements

  • Strong experience in IT delivery / program management in global engagements
  • Proven exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing distributed teams across geographies (onsite–offshore model)
  • Exposure to BFSI / Public sector / high-governance environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, SLA/KPI management, and financial ownership
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies
  • Exposure and some level of Hands on Microsoft or Data and AI skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
