Job Summary

Seasoned Delivery Leader with 15+ years of experience driving large-scale P&C insurance programs and client engagements. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end delivery, including scope, budgets, timelines, governance, and risk management across Agile and hybrid models. Strong domain knowledge across policy administration, underwriting, claims, and billing, with a focus on digital transformation. Effective stakeholder and team leader, delivering high-quality outcomes through cross-functional collaboration and strategic client engagement

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance programs, projects, and client engagements. 
•    20+ years of experience in insurance and delivery management. 
•    Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. 
•    Establish delivery governance, reporting, and performance metrics. 
•    Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational processes. 
•    Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance processes and systems. 
•    Proven experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios. 
•    Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. 
•    Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
P&C Insurance Domain Leadership
•    Provide subject matter expertise across P&C insurance functions, including: 
o    Policy Administration 
o    Underwriting 
o    Claims Management 
o    Billing & Payments 
o    Product Configuration and Rating 
•    Support business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. 
Stakeholder & Client Management
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, clients, and senior customer leadership. 
•    Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive updates. 
•    Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations effectively. 
Team Leadership
•    Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, architects, and operations teams. 
•    Mentor and coach team members. 
•    Drive collaboration across onshore, offshore, and vendor teams. 
Technology & Transformation
•    Oversee implementation and enhancement of insurance platforms. 
•    Support cloud, data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. 
•    Collaborate with enterprise architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions. 

Skill Requirements

Strong delivery management expertise across large-scale programs, including scope, budget, risk, and governance
Deep domain knowledge in P&C insurance (Policy Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Billing)
Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, including executive communication and escalation handling
Strong leadership and team management across cross-functional and global (onshore/offshore) teams
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives (cloud, data, analytics, automation, AI)
Solid understanding of insurance platforms, system implementations, and enterprise architecture alignment
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and performance management capabilities

Other Requirements

Certification in Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master), PMP, or similar delivery frameworks
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data/analytics ecosystems
Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, RFP responses, and effort estimation
Proven track record in driving cost optimization, process improvement, and delivery excellence initiatives
Exposure to AI/GenAI, automation, and digital acceleration use cases in insurance

Maximum Salary (US):  250000
Minimum Salary (US):  145000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
