Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, cost, and quality standards within HCLTech delivery frameworks.
She/He must:
- Own delivery commitments (scope, timeline, cost, quality)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards
- Act as primary interface for client stakeholders
- Manage communication, expectations, and escalations
- Drive customer satisfaction and account growth opportunities
- Define project plan, milestones, resource allocation
- Conduct regular governance meetings (status, risks, KPIs)
- Ensure adherence to HCLTech delivery and compliance frameworks
- Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation plans
- Manage project issues, dependencies, and escalation paths
- Manage project budget, margin, and profitability
- Track revenue, cost variance, and billing milestones

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the design, development, and delivery of solutions within assigned projects or client engagements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
3. Ensure adherence to solution architecture standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
5. Monitor project performance, budgets, and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Support innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and emerging technology adoption.
