Job Summary

Alliance Manager – Data & AI Partnerships

Location: India

Organization: Data & AI Practice

HCLTech is seeking Alliance Managers to help build and grow our global Data & AI partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing strategic relationships with assigned technology partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, growing partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline, and ensuring successful execution of alliance business plans.

Working across Sales, Industry Business Units, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner organizations, the Alliance Manager will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Data & AI technology partners.
  • Develop and maintain joint business plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with partner sales, alliance, marketing, and technical teams.

Business Development & Co-Selling

  • Build and manage partner-influenced and partner-sourced sales pipeline.
  • Support joint account planning and opportunity development with HCLTech sales teams.
  • Coordinate pipeline reviews and drive co-sell execution with strategic partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through partner solutions.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Execute joint GTM initiatives aligned to industry priorities and strategic accounts.
  • Support development of joint offerings, solution positioning, and marketplace initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner organizations.
  • Maximize utilization of partner programs, investments, and funding opportunities.

Enablement & Marketing

  • Deliver partner and seller enablement sessions to increase market awareness and pipeline generation.
  • Promote partner certifications and technical readiness across delivery teams.
  • Support joint marketing campaigns that strengthen HCLTech's market position and generate demand.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate reporting of alliance activities, pipeline, and business outcomes.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to alliance leadership.
  • Ensure business plans, governance activities, and partner engagements are executed consistently. 

Skill Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Alliance Management, Partner Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships at a services company.
  • Experience working with cloud or Data & AI technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of co-selling, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across sales, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with one or more leading Data & AI technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Denodo, STIBO or similar enterprise platforms is preferred.

Maximum Salary (US):  250000
Minimum Salary (US):  145000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
