- Develop and implement protocols for process improvement, risk management, and quality assurance within R&D operations.
- Represent the organization in scientific forums, industry conferences, and with key stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and visibility.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation, budget management, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor and develop talent within the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Skill Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or Master’s) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, with demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Proven expertise in clinical research, drug development, and regulatory compliance.
