About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead large-scale, complex IAM transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery, driving customer success, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Oversee delivery of large and complex IAM transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Agile Delivery: Implement and manage projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative progress and stakeholder alignment.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, security best practices, and organizational policies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and adoption of best practices in IAM delivery.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain.
  • Proven expertise in delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • US Green Card holder (mandatory).

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
