Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI DC Smart Hands offerings, from concept and validation to scale and continuous evolution.
- Define global reference operating models for AI Smart Hands across hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation environments.
- Lead product readiness for GTM, including enablement kits, sales playbooks, demo scenarios, and customer success metrics.
- Drive product differentiation through automation, AR/VR-assisted workflows, and remote expert models.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, SLAs, and pricing for standardized AI-ready Smart Hands and onsite support services.
- Develop global service catalogues covering GPU rack support, high-density cabling, liquid cooling assistance, and lifecycle tasks.
- Embed automation, robotics, and AR/VR guided workflows to improve speed, quality, and safety of field operations.
- Align service constructs with hyperscalers and enterprise AI data center requirements and compliance expectations.
- Define and track operational KPIs (FTR, SLA adherence, MTTR, utilization, CSAT) and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Build differentiators around AI rack handling, rapid swap/repair, and RTE-based or remote-assisted delivery models.
- Work with delivery, training, and automation teams to create playbooks, SOPs, and certification paths for technicians.
- Support go-to-market and presales with value propositions, pricing guardrails, and reusable proposal content.
- Manage lifecycle evolution of the offering based on field feedback, technology changes, and customer demand.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-12 years across Data Center Ops/Smart Hands/Field Services with direct exposure to hyperscalers or AI‑DC environments.
- Understanding of GPU‑based AI infrastructure (H100/H200/GB200), liquid cooling, dense cabling, white‑space operations.
- Experience in service design, costing, catalog management, product lifecycle, and GTM enablement.
- Familiarity with automation tools, AR/VR workflows, robotics, digital twins, and predictive maintenance systems.
- Excellent stakeholder, cross‑functional, and customer‑facing capability.
