Job Summary
A public safety technology company that develops and sells hardware, software, and services to law enforcement, military, and enterprise markets. The company's primary focus is building a public safety operating system that connects various devices and software solutions. Its products include conducted energy devices, body cameras, in-car cameras, cloud-based software, AI tools, and training programs.
The T&E Analyst will be part of a local team with responsibility for employee Travel & Expense report review, issue and inquiry resolution, data analysis and reporting, and special projects. The Analyst will have direct exposure to a global employee base and be the primary resource and “expert” for the company’s Travel & Expense policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute general Travel & Expense processes including report reviewing, issue resolution, trend analysis, and journal entry preparation.
- Support internal employee queries and issue resolution through email, Slack, and meetings with a customer-first mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including special projects.
- Support Site Manager in maintaining team SLAs and KPIs.

Other Requirements
- Experience in travel & expense or related control-side and customer-support fields.
- General Accounting knowledge to support T&E reconciliation / month end close.
- Strong analytical skills in Excel and Powerpoint , a high-level capability in all Microsoft Office applications is expected.
- Experience or familiarity with key software tools including Expensify, Workday, Quip/Sharepoint, and Sigma.
- Proficient in English as primary Language, B2+.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Accounting from Institute / University Recognized by Government / Authorized body
