Job Summary

Hands-on administration and installation experience with SAP Business Objects software such as SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and SAP Data Services.
•
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems and Java systems.
•
Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way.
•
Communication with customers on technical operation topics, ability to handle escalated customer cases.
•
Cloud and Customer Mindset and previous experience in Cloud Operations or Support organizations for private cloud or public cloud offerings.
•
Very good English language skills.
•
8+ years relevant IT experience.
