Analyze vast amount of data using dashboards/ data visualization techniques

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of anomalies detected for any underlying performance issues.

• Analyze trends, predict impact on KPIs, and provide accurate forecasting.

• Manage implementation of new programs for workforce/ capacity planning and scheduling.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and make recommendations to improve performance.

The candidate should possess 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics with strong expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI/Tableau. The role requires hands-on experience in data mining, complex data analysis, KPI governance, dashboard development, forecasting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The individual should be capable of independently managing end-to-end analytical projects, translating business requirements into data solutions, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Strong experience in stakeholder management, data storytelling, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives is essential. Exposure to Python, automation, data warehousing concepts, AI-driven analytics tools, and large-scale datasets will be highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and the capability to drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and scalable analytical frameworks.
