Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly analytical Sales Operations Support – Sr. Analyst to support pricing, trade promotions, account management, and sales operations processes. This role requires strong business process understanding, advanced problem solving, and the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and improve workflows using data, automation, and AI tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across systems, stakeholders, and operational signals to drive quality and efficiency. 

What You’ll Do 

Analyze business processes related to pricing, promotions, account management, and sales operations. 

Investigate complex business and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution. 

Validate data quality using rule-based checks, automation logic, and structured review methods. 

Monitor data anomalies, operational signals, and exception trends to proactively identify risks. 

Write and run SQL and SOQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis. 

Support Salesforce operations as an advanced business user, including troubleshooting, testing, and process validation. 

Create and maintain documentation for business rules, workflows, standard operating procedures, and recurring issue patterns. 

Use Copilot and other AI assistants to improve analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency. 

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls, eliminate recurring defects, and streamline operations. 

Skill Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

5–7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, pricing support, promotions support, or related analytical roles. 

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to investigate issues deeply and connect data signals to business outcomes. 

Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud and Lightning. 

Strong understanding of pricing, trade promotions, and account management workflows. 

Proficiency in SQL and SOQL. 

Experience working with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. 

Ability to work independently, proactively monitor issues, and collaborate effectively across teams. 

Comfort using AI tools and assistants for multi-step reasoning, workflow support, and productivity improvement. 

Other Requirements

Preferred Skills 

Experience with data validation automation rules and exception handling frameworks. 

Ability to identify improvement opportunities and help build smarter operational workflows. 

Strong documentation skills for process mapping, issue tracking, and procedural updates. 

Experience using AI-enabled tools to support automation, analysis, and operational decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
