Specialist Payment Processing - Finance and SCM

Job Summary

Responsible to carry out Accounts payable activities involving invoicing and payment run with accuracy, efficiency and compliance. Role involves handling high volume transactions, troubleshooting payment issues, improving payment process and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•    Define quality control measures for account setup accuracy.
•    Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies.
•    Analyze trends in account errors and recommend corrective actions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
•    Develop training materials and conduct refresher sessions.
•    Track and report quality metrics to leadership.
•    Support system testing and UAT for new account setup features.
•    Act as a liaison between operations and compliance teams.

Skill Requirements

•    Quality Assurance: Define and monitor quality control measures for account setup.
•    Audit Readiness: Ensure documentation and processes meet audit standards.
•    Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in errors and recommend process changes.
•    Training Development: Create and deliver training content for process consistency.
•    Tool Testing: Participate in UAT and system enhancement validations.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with compliance and operations for alignment.
•    Metrics Reporting: Track and report quality KPIs to leadership.

Other Requirements

1. B.Com/M.Com/Bba/Mba Qualifications Are Required.
2. Optional But Valuable: Certification In Accounts Payable Or Financial Management
