Spring Boot Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in spring boot, python, and java technologies. They will play a critical role in leading a team of developers, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using spring boot, python, and java.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high quality and scalable solutions.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in spring boot, python, and java to drive innovation and efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in spring boot, python, and java programming languages.
2. Experience in leading and managing development teams in agile environments.
3. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
4. Ability to design and architect complex technical solutions using spring boot, python, and java.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in springboot, python, or java technologies are a plus.
