Spring Boot Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in spring boot, python, and java to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient technical solutions. They will play a key role in leading technical teams, analyzing requirements, and ensuring the overall success of software projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions using spring boot, python, and java.
2. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members on best practices and coding standards.
3. Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.
4. Analyze system requirements and design technical architectures that align with project goals and client needs.
5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance software functionality.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in spring boot framework for developing microservices and web applications.
2. Strong programming skills in python and java for backend development and system integration.
3. Experience with cloud technologies and deployment using spring boot applications.
4. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
