Spring Boot Technical Lead - JavaScript

Job Summary

The Technical Lead in Web Development with a focus on JavaScript and Spring boot will oversee the development and implementation of web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The primary objective is to lead a team of developers in designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
5. Maintain code integrity and organization.
6. Implement security and data protection measures.
7. Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in web development using javascript and spring boot framework.
2. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as html, css, and javascript frameworks (react, angular, etc.).
3. Experience with server side languages such as node.js, java, etc.
4. Familiarity with database technology such as mysql, mongodb, etc.
5. Good understanding of web services (restful apis), microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
6. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Javascript, Springboot, or other web development technologies are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
