Spring Boot Technical Lead - Kafka

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and implementation of projects using spring boot and Kafka technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions to meet business requirements while providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of projects using spring boot and kafka.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
4. Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in spring boot framework for building enterprise java applications.
2. Strong experience in working with kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
3. In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and restful api design.
4. Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in springboot or kafka are a plus.
